In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jets9" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the jets9 online betting and casino service accessible at jets9.io and all associated mobile interfaces.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has completed the jets9 registration process and holds an active account.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Member on the Platform, including the associated BDT wallet balance.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's jets9 account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable funds credited to an account as part of a jets9 promotion, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Services" means the full range of betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and related services made available through the jets9 Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any event, game, or outcome offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by jets9 to confirm a Member's identity and age.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the time zone used for all Platform operations and event scheduling unless otherwise stated.

Where the context permits, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a jets9 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted); (c) not be subject to any self-exclusion order on jets9 or any affiliated platform; (d) have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law; and (e) not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local statute.

2.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and an email address. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

2.3 Each individual may register and maintain only one jets9 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jets9 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds without notice.

2.4 You agree that jets9 may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to provide documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested by jets9 may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3.1 jets9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. All Members are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be subject to additional verification at any time during the account lifecycle.

3.2 Documents that jets9 may request for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, mobile wallet account confirmation (for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within three months).

3.3 All documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. jets9 reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, cropped, or appear to have been digitally altered.

3.4 jets9 is committed to handling all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purpose of identity verification and are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or to comply with a legitimate regulatory request.

3.5 Where KYC verification reveals that a Member has provided false or misleading information, jets9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all open bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. In cases involving suspected fraud or identity theft, jets9 may refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

4.1 jets9 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in BDT with the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion fees are applied by jets9.

4.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and Members should refer to the dashboard for current applicable limits.

4.3 Deposits are credited to the Member's jets9 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a deposit not appearing within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, Members should contact the support team at [email protected] with their transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on the account. jets9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to persons other than the registered Member.

4.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification having been completed on the account.

4.6 jets9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or where cumulative withdrawals in a rolling 30-day period exceed ৳200,000. This is a routine anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the Member's part.

5.1 All bets placed on jets9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or event in question. These rules are accessible within the Platform for each sport and event type. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and a specific event rule, the specific event rule shall prevail for that event only.

5.2 A bet is deemed accepted only when jets9 has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number to the Member. In the event of technical failure during the bet placement process, jets9's system records shall be the definitive reference for whether a bet was successfully placed.

5.3 Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Where a Member places a bet and the odds change before confirmation, the Member will be presented with the revised odds and must re-confirm acceptance. jets9 does not guarantee odds displayed during the bet-building process until the bet is formally accepted by the system.

5.4 For cricket events — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures — specific rules govern minimum overs required for a valid result, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, and abandonment. These rules are detailed within the cricket betting section of the Platform.

5.5 jets9 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event result is deemed void by the relevant sporting authority; (c) the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or (d) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.

6.1 All casino and slot games available on jets9 are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. jets9 does not operate its own proprietary random number generator (RNG) games. The game outcomes are determined entirely by the provider's certified RNG engine, which is independently audited for fairness.

6.2 Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are provided by the game provider and represent theoretical long-term averages across a large number of game rounds. Individual session results will vary and RTP figures do not guarantee any specific return to any individual player in any given session.

6.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error during play, the round in which the malfunction occurred will be deemed void and the stake for that round will be returned to the Member's wallet. If a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, jets9 reserves the right to void that win, regardless of whether the funds were temporarily credited to the Member's wallet.

6.4 Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Minimum and maximum table bet limits are displayed on each table before a Member joins. jets9 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific live table and reserves the right to close or modify live casino tables at any time.

7.1 jets9 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Members. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any offer-specific terms.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the offer-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made.

7.3 Bonus funds and real-money Balance are held separately within a Member's account wallet. Real-money Balance is used first for wagering unless the Member elects otherwise through the account settings. Any wagering requirement progress will be forfeited if the associated bonus funds are declined or expire.

7.4 The following bonus abuse practices are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in account suspension: (a) opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (matched betting or arbitrage using bonus funds); (c) using automated software to optimise wagering requirement completion; (d) any other strategy that jets9 determines constitutes exploitation of the promotional structure.

8.1 jets9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide every Member with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools available directly from the account dashboard, including: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 1 to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of request. During a self-exclusion period, jets9 will make every reasonable effort to prevent the excluded Member from accessing their account and will not send any marketing communications to that individual.

8.4 jets9 reserves the right to proactively contact Members where platform monitoring indicates potential signs of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to: unusually rapid escalation in deposit frequency or amounts, extended uninterrupted play sessions, or repeated attempts to withdraw self-exclusion requests.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jets9 Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and all balances withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Laundering funds through the Platform by depositing, wagering minimally, and withdrawing for the purposes of obscuring the origin of funds.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the technical operation of the Platform or the experience of other Members.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing jets9 accounts or account credentials.

10.1 All content on the jets9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, text, graphics, game assets, software code, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of jets9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and database laws.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any jets9 brand assets in any external communication without prior written consent.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jets9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

11.2 jets9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (b) network failures, internet outages, or third-party payment provider downtime; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or other circumstances beyond jets9's reasonable control; (d) changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the Platform's ability to offer certain Services.

11.3 In all cases where jets9 is found liable for direct losses, the maximum aggregate liability of jets9 to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 jets9 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

12.2 jets9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission between the Member's device and Platform servers. Personal data and financial information are stored on secure servers and are not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12.3 Members have the right to request access to their personal data held by jets9, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to any legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

13.1 Members may close their jets9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after settlement of all pending bets will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

13.2 jets9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is evidence of breach of these Terms; (b) account activity indicates suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) a Member becomes subject to a self-exclusion order or is identified as a minor; or (d) continued operation of the account is deemed by jets9 to pose an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.

13.3 Where an account is terminated by jets9 for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be released upon resolution of the matter, less any amounts determined to be the proceeds of prohibited conduct.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and good faith. All times referenced herein are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless otherwise specified.

14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Member agrees to first contact jets9 through the official support channel at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jets9 will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before resorting to any other dispute resolution mechanism. jets9's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus qualification shall be final where the decision is made in good faith and is consistent with these Terms.

15.1 jets9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to deposit limits, withdrawal processes, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — jets9 will provide registered Members with at least 7 days' notice via email to the address held on account before the changes take effect.

15.2 For minor, non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Members), changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without individual notification.

15.3 It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms.
